Nakamoto Farms

Joung Nakamoto was one of the original vendors when our market launched in January of 2011. She comes from Nakamoto Farms, right here in Waimea. Her culinary background gives her an edge with her Bento Lunch Boxes.  Sushi, Noodles, Kim Chee, Snacks, and more. Also, $6 hot lunch plates and soups.  Mouthwatering choices and always fresh produce from their farm.  


Saul & Nadine work in gemstones and love to create memorable pieces of jewelry.  Necklaces, bracelets and earrings in a lovely display of colors and shapes.  Helpful and knowledgeable, they can help you create your perfect piece.  

Tess Garden 

Tess is one of our amazing and hardworking farmers.  She grows a wonderful selection of vegetables, fruits and herbs including her fragrant basil. Most markets she has green onions, purple sweet potatoes, cucumbers, apple bananas, papayas, taro, green beans, ginger, turmeric and zucchini, along with other produce in season. 

Seasonally she has local macadamia nuts and dried bananas also.  

Akaka Falls Jams 

This exciting booth has over 30 flavors of jams, butters, sauces and honeys.  All made with local fruit and other local ingredients.  Luna is happy to help you try every one of them with samples and stories.  Akaka Falls Farm is located on t​he Hamakua Coast right next to the famous Akaka Falls.  They grow most of their own fruit they use in their jams and support other local farms for products like coffee and cacao in their amazing Coffee and Chocolate Butters.  They ship anywhere !   

Eppix Adventures 

Amazing photographer Warren Fintz displays his work on metallic prints.  He captures the best of Hawaii with his lens and specializes in lava shoots as well as starry Hawaiian nights and breathtaking waves.  He has been featured in numerous publications like National Geographic and Scholastic Publications.  Personable, adventuring and dedicated, don't miss talking story with this talented artist. 

Saved in the Stitch of Tim

Talented seamstress Amanda creates lovely repurposed clothes done artfully and originally.  She also is at the market every week with her sewing machine and will do on site alterations !   Find her tucked in the lanai corner happily sewing away every Wednesday.  

Liqu​id Life 

Fresh fruits & vegetables go into each bottle of "liquid life".  Kale, spinach, spirulina, passion fruit, carrots, oranges, hibiscus, turmeric and more.  Vibrant in color from all the nutrients and absolutely delicious !   Talk to Ola & Puna, the owners and creators, or their assistant Kevin to help you make your selection.  

Earthlings United Food

Markus & Laura create amazing cultured & vegan Macadamia Nut spreads & dips.  Innovative & nourishing, these spreads are full of flavor and local ingredients !   They use only organically grown Big Island Macadamia Nuts and other local ingredients like Hawaiian chili peppers, in-season green herbs, fresh pressed cane juice and local vanilla.  There are always new and exciting flavors to try.   These inspired chefs create truly outstanding condiments for your foods.  Stop by this corner canopy booth and ask for a free sample.
