Tess is one of our amazing and hardworking farmers. She grows a wonderful selection of vegetables, fruits and herbs including her fragrant basil. Most markets she has green onions, purple sweet potatoes, cucumbers, apple bananas, papayas, taro, green beans, ginger, turmeric and zucchini, along with other produce in season.
Seasonally she has local macadamia nuts and dried bananas also.
